Welcome to SlideMe Money. These Terms & Conditions (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the SlideMe platform, SlideMe Money, the Universal Ask system, groups, creator features, rewards, payment-related functionality, websites, mobile applications, and related services made available by SlideMeAPP, Inc. ("SlideMe," "we," "us," or "our").
By creating an account, accessing the platform, initiating or receiving a transaction, creating or responding to an Ask, or otherwise using SlideMe, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use SlideMe.
SlideMe is a technology platform. SlideMeAPP, Inc. is not a bank, depository institution, cryptocurrency exchange, broker-dealer, investment adviser, or money transmitter unless and only to the extent expressly stated in a separate legally required disclosure. Certain financial, payment, wallet, account, identity-verification, stablecoin, blockchain, and transfer services may be provided by third-party providers and their regulated partners.
1. Acceptance of Terms
Your use of SlideMe is subject to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, any applicable Community Guidelines, transaction-specific disclosures, fee disclosures, partner terms, and additional terms presented for particular products or features.
If you use SlideMe on behalf of a business, organization, church, nonprofit, group, or other entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to the applicable terms.
2. Eligibility and Account Registration
You must satisfy the age, legal-capacity, residency, identity-verification, and other eligibility requirements applicable to the feature you use. Some financial features may have additional eligibility requirements imposed by SlideMe or a third-party provider.
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information and to update it when it changes. We or our providers may decline, restrict, or discontinue access when eligibility or verification requirements are not satisfied.
3. Your Account and Security
You are responsible for safeguarding your password, passcode, device access, authentication credentials, and other account-security information. You are responsible for activity conducted through your account except to the extent otherwise required by applicable law.
You must promptly notify SlideMe through support@slidemeapp.com if you suspect unauthorized access, account compromise, fraud, or an unauthorized transaction. We may require additional verification before restoring access or processing certain instructions.
4. Universal Ask and Financial Requests
SlideMe's Universal Ask system is designed around an Ask → Send → Receive workflow. Users may create eligible requests for legitimate personal, community, charitable, group, creator, or other supported purposes.
SlideMe may present different Ask categories, including Emergency/Urgent, Light Ask, Blessing, or other categories introduced by the platform. A category is a platform label and does not constitute a guarantee, certification, endorsement, or determination by SlideMe that a request is genuine, necessary, charitable, tax-deductible, or entitled to funding.
You must provide truthful and accurate information about an Ask, its intended purpose, requested amount, recipient, and any supporting information. You may not misrepresent circumstances, impersonate another person or organization, or use an Ask to facilitate prohibited activity.
SlideMe does not guarantee that any Ask will receive funding or that any user-provided statement, image, description, or supporting information is accurate or complete.
5. Directed and Vendor-Routed Payments / SourcePay AI
Certain Universal Ask transactions may allow or require funds to be directed to an eligible vendor, merchant, service provider, biller, organization, or other verified destination rather than being delivered directly to the person who created the Ask.
SlideMe may use SourcePay AI or other routing technology to assist with identifying, presenting, or routing an eligible payment destination. Routing technology does not guarantee the quality, availability, licensing, pricing, performance, or suitability of a vendor or service.
Users remain responsible for reviewing the transaction destination and transaction details before authorization. Vendor availability and routing options may vary by location, provider, transaction type, and compliance requirements.
6. Financial Services and Third-Party Providers
SlideMe provides the software interface and technology through which users may access certain financial functionality. SlideMe does not itself hold customer funds in custody merely because a balance, wallet, transaction, or account is displayed within the SlideMe interface.
Financial infrastructure may be provided by Bridge.xyz and/or other third-party payment, banking, wallet, blockchain, identity, compliance, or financial-services providers and their partners. The particular provider may vary by product, geography, currency, asset, or transaction.
Your use of a third-party service may be subject to that provider's terms, privacy notice, disclosures, eligibility rules, limits, and compliance requirements. Where required, you authorize SlideMe to transmit instructions and information necessary to facilitate your requested transaction through applicable providers.
SlideMe does not control third-party networks or providers and is not responsible for their independent acts or omissions except to the extent required by applicable law or an express written agreement.
7. Funds, Custody, and Deposit Insurance
SlideMeAPP, Inc. is not a bank and does not represent that funds or digital assets displayed in SlideMe are deposits held by SlideMe.
FDIC insurance does not apply merely because a user accesses a financial feature through SlideMe. If a third-party provider or partner offers a product with deposit insurance or other protections, eligibility and coverage are governed solely by that provider's disclosures, program structure, and applicable law.
Digital assets and stablecoins are not FDIC-insured bank deposits merely because they are denominated in, or designed to track, a fiat currency.
8. Identity Verification, AML, Sanctions, and Compliance
SlideMe and its providers may require identity verification (KYC), business verification (KYB), sanctions screening, fraud screening, transaction monitoring, source-of-funds or source-of-wealth information where appropriate, tax information, or other documentation.
We or our providers may review, delay, reject, restrict, suspend, block, or investigate an account or transaction when reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, sanctions compliance, anti-money-laundering controls, provider requirements, legal process, risk management, or applicable law.
You agree not to use SlideMe to evade transaction limits, verification requirements, sanctions, geographic restrictions, reporting requirements, or other compliance controls.
9. Payments and Transaction Authorization
When you authorize a transaction, you instruct SlideMe and applicable providers to submit and process the transaction according to the information you provide. You are responsible for reviewing the amount, recipient, vendor, account, wallet address, currency or digital asset, fees, and other transaction details before authorization.
Processing times are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise. Transactions may be delayed by financial institutions, blockchain networks, compliance reviews, provider outages, recipient availability, weekends, holidays, or other circumstances outside SlideMe's direct control.
A transaction may become final or irreversible after it is submitted, released, settled, paid to a recipient or vendor, or recorded through applicable payment or blockchain infrastructure.
10. Transaction Limits
SlideMe or its providers may establish or change funding, payment, withdrawal, receiving, account, wallet, velocity, or transaction limits based on account status, verification level, risk controls, product type, provider requirements, geography, or applicable law.
Attempting to avoid a limit by dividing, structuring, routing, or otherwise manipulating transactions may result in restriction or suspension.
11. Cancellations, Refunds, and the Ten-Minute Window
For transactions specifically identified in the SlideMe interface as eligible for the SlideMe ten-minute cancellation window, the user may request cancellation during the displayed ten-minute period beginning when the applicable transaction is authorized or submitted, subject to the transaction status and provider capabilities.
The ten-minute window does not guarantee cancellation after a transaction has already been released, settled, completed, transmitted beyond the point of recall, delivered to a vendor or recipient, or recorded on an irreversible network. The in-app transaction status and transaction-specific disclosures control whether cancellation remains available.
Transactions that are not identified as eligible for the ten-minute cancellation feature are subject to the cancellation, refund, reversal, and dispute rules displayed for that transaction and any applicable provider rules.
Refund timing may depend on the original payment method, recipient or vendor, financial institution, network, or third-party provider.
12. Fees, Pricing, and Subscriptions
SlideMe may charge transaction fees, service fees, subscription fees, group-release fees, creator-related fees, or other charges. Applicable charges will be disclosed in the app, in a fee schedule, or before the user authorizes the relevant paid transaction or service.
Where currently offered, SlideMe's product configuration may include transaction pricing such as: transactions of $20 or less 1.5%; transactions from $21 through $100—$1.50; transactions of $101 or more 1.5%; and a $7.50 group-release fee. The party responsible for a transaction fee, including receiver-paid fees where applicable, will be identified in the transaction flow.
Creator gifts, subscriptions, or monetization features may use a 65% creator / 35% platform allocation where that allocation is displayed for the applicable feature. Taxes, third-party charges, network fees, conversion costs, or other disclosed charges may apply separately.
Fees and pricing may change prospectively with appropriate notice or transaction-specific disclosure. The amount displayed for authorization controls for that transaction.
13. Supported Fiat Currencies and Digital Assets
SlideMe may support selected fiat currencies, stablecoins, or other digital assets through third-party infrastructure. Supported assets may include, depending on availability and provider support, fiat currencies such as USD, GBP, BRL, EUR, MXN, and COP, and digital assets or stablecoins such as USDB, USDC, USDG, USDT, USDP, PYUSD, and EURC.
Availability varies by country, region, user eligibility, transaction type, network, and provider. Displaying an asset in the platform does not guarantee that it is available to every user or for every transaction.
SlideMe may add, remove, suspend, or change supported assets or networks when necessary for provider, security, liquidity, technical, legal, or compliance reasons.
14. Stablecoins and Blockchain-Based Transactions
Some payment or settlement functionality may use stablecoins or blockchain networks through third-party providers. A stablecoin is a digital asset and may carry risks that differ from a traditional bank deposit, including issuer risk, technology risk, network risk, liquidity risk, de-pegging risk, and regulatory risk.
Blockchain transactions may be irreversible. Sending to an incorrect or incompatible address or network may result in permanent loss. SlideMe does not guarantee that a blockchain, token issuer, wallet provider, or network will remain available or operate without interruption.
SlideMe is not providing investment advice, brokerage services, exchange services, or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any digital asset merely by making transaction functionality available.
15. SLD Rewards and Promotional Digital Assets
SlideMe may offer eligible users SLD tokens, points, credits, rewards, recognition, or other promotional benefits for qualifying activity. Eligibility, calculation methods, award amounts, timing, limits, and distribution mechanics may be determined under separate program rules or an in-app reward algorithm.
Unless expressly stated otherwise in a separate legally binding offering document, an SLD reward is not a promise of profit, future value, liquidity, exchange listing, redemption value, or appreciation. The market value of a digital asset may fluctuate substantially and may be zero.
Rewards may be subject to verification, fraud controls, geographic restrictions, wallet compatibility, network availability, taxes, program limits, and other conditions. SlideMe may modify or discontinue a rewards program prospectively where permitted by law, but will apply any required notice or accrued-right protections.
Users are responsible for evaluating any tax consequences associated with receiving, holding, transferring, or disposing of rewards.
16. Cross-Border Transactions and Currency Conversion
Cross-border functionality may be available only in supported corridors and may be provided through third-party partners. Availability can vary by country, recipient, currency, transaction purpose, compliance status, and provider.
Before authorization, the platform may display the sending amount, receiving amount, exchange rate or conversion information, applicable fees, and estimated delivery information. Exchange rates may change until a transaction is locked or submitted.
Intermediary institutions, recipient institutions, payment networks, or providers may impose additional requirements, delays, or charges where permitted. Users are responsible for providing accurate recipient information and complying with applicable laws.
17. Disputes, Unauthorized Activity, Reversals, and Chargebacks
If you believe a transaction is unauthorized or incorrect, contact support@slidemeapp.com promptly and follow any dispute process presented by SlideMe or the applicable provider.
Certain transactions may be reversed, returned, recalled, charged back, or adjusted when permitted or required by law, payment-network rules, provider rules, fraud findings, insufficient funds, duplicate processing, or error correction.
If a valid reversal, chargeback, refund, fee, or adjustment creates an amount owed in connection with your account, SlideMe may seek repayment or apply other remedies permitted by law and the applicable provider terms.
18. Prohibited Activities
You may not use SlideMe for fraud, deception, money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions evasion, illegal goods or services, unlawful gambling, exploitation, harassment, impersonation, misleading financial requests, unauthorized transactions, account trafficking, abusive chargebacks, or any activity that violates applicable law, provider rules, or SlideMe's Community Guidelines.
You may not interfere with platform security, scrape or access the service through unauthorized automated means, introduce malicious code, manipulate rewards, exploit vulnerabilities, or use another person's account or financial information without authorization.
19. Community Standards
Users are expected to communicate respectfully and responsibly. SlideMe may remove content or restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, Community Guidelines, provider requirements, or applicable law.
Enforcement decisions may consider safety, fraud, compliance, repeated violations, severity, and legal obligations.
20. User Content and Requests
You are responsible for the content, information, images, descriptions, and requests you publish. You represent that you have the rights necessary to provide that content and that it does not violate law or another person's rights.
You grant SlideMe a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, display, format, transmit, and otherwise use your content as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, improve, and promote the platform and the specific features you choose, subject to our Privacy Policy.
This license does not transfer ownership of your content to SlideMe.
21. Groups, Organizations, and Creator Features
SlideMe may allow users to create groups or organization-specific experiences, including group codes or branded group environments. Group administrators are responsible for authorized use of their group and for any representations they make to members.
Creator, gift, subscription, and group features may be governed by additional program terms, payout eligibility requirements, tax-reporting obligations, and fee disclosures.
22. Taxes and Reporting
You are responsible for determining and paying taxes applicable to your use of SlideMe, including taxes associated with creator earnings, vendor payments, rewards, digital assets, or other income or transactions.
SlideMe or its providers may request tax information, issue tax forms, report information to authorities, or withhold amounts when required by applicable law.
23. Electronic Communications and Consent
You consent to receive agreements, disclosures, transaction records, notices, verification requests, policy updates, and other communications electronically through the app, website, email, push notification, or other electronic means you provide or enable.
You are responsible for maintaining a valid email address, compatible device, and access to electronic records. Where required by law, you may have additional rights regarding paper copies or withdrawal of electronic consent.
24. Third-Party Services and Links
SlideMe may integrate with third-party services for payments, financial infrastructure, identity verification, communications, analytics, security, cloud services, blockchain functionality, or other platform operations.
Third-party products and websites are governed by their own terms and policies. SlideMe does not endorse or guarantee an independent third party merely because it is accessible through or referenced by the platform.
25. Platform Availability and Changes
We work to keep SlideMe available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Features may be modified, suspended, limited, or unavailable because of maintenance, security, provider changes, network conditions, compliance obligations, legal requirements, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
We may introduce, modify, or retire features prospectively, subject to applicable law and any specific contractual commitments.
26. Suspension, Closure, and Termination
SlideMe may restrict, suspend, or terminate access when reasonably necessary because of a Terms violation, fraud or security concern, legal requirement, sanctions issue, provider requirement, risk control, prolonged inactivity where permitted, or misuse of the platform.
Account closure does not automatically cancel completed transactions or eliminate obligations arising before closure. Pending transactions, partner-held balances, refunds, disputes, withdrawals, records, and compliance reviews may remain subject to applicable provider procedures and law.
You may request account closure through the available account controls or support process, subject to completion of pending obligations and legally required record retention.
27. Disclaimer of Warranties
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SLIDEME AND ITS SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." SLIDEME DISCLAIMS WARRANTIES NOT EXPRESSLY PROVIDED IN THESE TERMS, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
SlideMe does not guarantee that an Ask will be funded; that another user's statements are accurate; that a vendor will perform as expected; that a digital asset will maintain value; or that a third-party provider or network will be continuously available.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
28. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SLIDEMEAPP, INC. AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, LOST OPPORTUNITY, OR LOSS OF DIGITAL ASSETS, ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE PLATFORM, EXCEPT WHERE SUCH LIMITATION IS PROHIBITED BY LAW.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
29. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless SlideMeAPP, Inc. and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from third-party claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of SlideMe, your violation of these Terms, your infringement of another person's rights, or fraudulent or materially misleading content you submit.
This provision does not require a consumer to indemnify SlideMe for SlideMe's own unlawful conduct or for obligations that cannot be shifted under applicable law.
30. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
31. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect product changes, provider requirements, legal or regulatory developments, security needs, or business operations. We will provide notice when required by law or when a change is material.
